Solot Baji Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules

01 Introduction

Welcome to solot baji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and solot baji ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the solot baji platform — including the website, mobile app, sports betting section, and casino games — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the solot baji platform. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access solot baji — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the solot baji app.

02 Eligibility

To register and use solot baji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a solot baji employee.

Solot baji reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned after deducting any bonuses claimed.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on solot baji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Solot baji may require identity verification (KYC) at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

• One account per person, device, household, and payment method.
• All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify solot baji support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

04 Deposits and Payments

Solot baji accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your solot baji account balance without delay.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status.
• Solot baji does not charge any fees on standard deposits.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.

If a deposit is made using a payment method that does not match your registered account details, solot baji reserves the right to hold the funds pending verification. In cases of confirmed third-party funding, the deposit may be returned and the account suspended.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on solot baji are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. You cannot withdraw to a different mobile wallet or a wallet not registered in your name.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Standard processing time: 30 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals requested during peak periods or system maintenance may take longer.
• Solot baji does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

Solot baji reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

In cases where solot baji suspects fraudulent activity, a withdrawal may be held pending investigation. If the investigation confirms fraud, the withdrawal will be cancelled and the account closed. If no fraud is found, the withdrawal will be processed promptly.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Solot baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each bonus offer page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Solot baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

07 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on solot baji are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of the market you are betting on before placing a wager.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Solot baji does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules.
• Solot baji reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and events. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. Solot baji may suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• Winnings from voided bets are returned to the player's main balance as a stake refund.

Solot baji monitors betting patterns for signs of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated suspicious activity. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified.

08 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games on solot baji — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games, and card games — are governed by the rules specific to each game. These rules are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering real money.

• Digital games use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes.
• Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment operated by trained dealers in real time.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Solot baji is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Game outcomes are final once the round is complete and cannot be reversed.

09 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Solot baji is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Creating more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker-style games.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's payment method.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing solot baji staff or other players.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

Solot baji uses automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged, you may be asked to provide additional information. Failure to cooperate with an investigation may result in permanent account closure.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Solot baji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to your registered payment method. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting solot baji support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally before the account is deactivated.

11 Privacy and Data

14 Changes to These Terms

Solot baji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, solot baji may notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the solot baji platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
